Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. mandarin peel, chopped
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter, add brown sugar, eggs, mandarin rind, mix well. Mix flour and baking soda together, add to butter mixture.
    Mix in pecans.
    Shape dough into long rolls about 2-inches wide.
    Wrap in waxed paper, chill.
    When ready to bake, slice 1/4-inch slices, place on cookie sheet, bake 350\u00b0 12 to 15 minutes.
    Cookie dough rolls can be refrigerated for up to a month.
    Makes 75 cookies.
