Rice And Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken, cubed
    1 tsp. butter
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1 bag Success rice
    1 (12 oz.) jar Pace picante sauce
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    shredded lettuce
    chopped tomatoes
    sour cream
    sliced olives
Preparation
    Cook rice for 7 minutes and set aside.
    In skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in margarine.
    Stir in seasoning mix and water. Cook, stirring often, until it thickens, about 3 to 4 minutes. Combine rice, 1/2 cup salsa, egg and 1 cup cheese.
    Press on bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate; sprinkle in 1/2 cup cheese.
    Top with chicken mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese; let stand for 10 minutes.
    Garnish as desired.
    Serve with remaining salsa.
