Artichoke Nibbles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) jars marinated artichoke hearts
    1 small onion, finely chopped, or 1 bunch green onions
    1 clove garlic, minced
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. each: salt, pepper, oregano and hot seasoning
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Drain and chop artichokes.
    Saute onion and garlic.
    In a bowl, beat the eggs.
    Add bread crumbs and spices.
    Stir in cheese, parsley, onion and artichokes.
    Turn into a 7 x 11-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Let cool in pan, then cut into squares.
    Serve cold or reheat.
