Quick Marinara Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 pinches crushed red pepper flakes, optional
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    2 - 28 oz cans of crushed tomatoes
    15-20 leaves of fresh basil, torn
    2 sprigs fresh oregano, leaves stripped from stem and chopped
    1 handful of chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
Preparation
    In a large sauce pan over medium heat add oil, garlic, red pepper.
    When the garlic starts to sizzle add in the tomatoes and herbs.
    Bring to a bubble and reduce the heat and let simmer 30-40 minutes.
