Ingredients
- 
                            2 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. orange rind (optional)
Preparation
- 
                            Cook 2 to 3 cups of carrots in salted water until tender. Combine all ingredients, cook until thickened.
Pour over carrots and reheat.
