Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. ketchup
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cut chicken as if for frying.
Line roaster with foil.
Set oven to 500\u00b0.
Salt and pepper the chicken.
Dip in sauce and place in pan with remaining sauce.
Cover over all with the foil. Cover the roaster.
Cook 15 minutes at 500\u00b0, then lower to 350\u00b0 and cook 1 1/4 hours or longer.
