Honey Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini, peeled
    1 c. salad oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. honey
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar.
    Add honey and vanilla.
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Add flour mixture alternately with oil.
    Add zucchini, nuts and coconut (add 2 tablespoons flour to nuts before adding).
    Mix well.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Makes 2 loaves.
