2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. unsalted butter or margarine, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. molasses
1 c. prepared mincemeat
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon onto wax paper.
Beat sugar, butter or margarine in medium size bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Stir in mincemeat by hand, then add flour mixture and beat until well blended.
Spread batter in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until center springs back when lightly pressed with fingertip. Cool for 15 minutes in the pan and cut into squares.
Leave in pan and wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Can be stored up to 2 weeks.
