Snickers Bar Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 oz.) pkg. chocolate wafer cookies
4 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
2 c. heavy cream
1 1/2 lb. snack size Snickers bars, each bar cut into sixths

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In a food processor, grind cookies into fine crumbs.
Add butter; process until well blended.
Press into bottom and about 1 inch up sides of a 9 1/2 or 10-inch spring-form pan.
