Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 packages Jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 tomatoes coarsely chopped
1 cup whole kernel corn
3 boiled eggs, grated
1 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Prepare cornbread as directed on box. Cool. Crumble cornbread and mix with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate.
