Corn Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
3 to 4 carrots, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 cabbage, sliced thinly
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl; stir well.
Add vegetables.
Toss gently.
Cover and chill 2 hours.
Use a slotted spoon to serve slaw.
Yields 6 servings.
