Cheesy Tuna Twists - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. corkscrew macaroni
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    generous dash of nutmeg
    1 (6.5 oz.) can tuna, drained
    chopped pimento for garnish
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cooked vegetables and garlic for 2 minutes, stirring often.
    Add soup to skillet, stirring until smooth.
    Gradually stir in milk. Add cheese, dash of pepper and nutmeg; heat until cheese melts, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in tuna and cooked macaroni.
    Heat through.
    Garnish with pimento.
    Makes 6 cups.
