Lemon Broccoli Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lemon
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 can cream of broccoli soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Squeeze 2 teaspoons of juice from lemon and set aside.
    Cook chicken in hot oil for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Spoon off fat.
    Set aside.
    In skillet, add soup, milk, lemon juice and pepper.
    Heat to boiling.
    Return chicken to skillet.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes (make sure chicken is not pink), stirring often.
