Peanut Butter And Jelly Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chunky peanut butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. grape jelly
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl; cut in peanut butter with pastry blender or fork until mixture is crumbly.
    Make a well in the center of mixture.
    Combine eggs and milk; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Spoon about 1 tablespoon of butter into muffin pans; spoon 1 teaspoon jelly into center of batter and top with additional butter, filling 2/3 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Sugar-free jelly may be substituted.
