Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. wheat blend or whole wheat flour
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cloves
8 tsp. sugar substitute (not Equal which breaks down under heat)
salt substitute (i.e., \"No Salt\") to taste
1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce (whole berry)
1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce (jellied)
egg substitute equal to 2 eggs
1 c. canola oil
pecan or walnut pieces to taste
Preparation

Grease (with canola oil) and flour 2 standard loaf pans.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add cranberry sauce and mix thoroughly. Mix in remaining ingredients and pour into the prepared loaf pans.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Let cool in pans.
