Oysters Casino - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. oysters, drained
    3 slices bacon, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small stalk celery, chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 drops Worcestershire sauce
    4 drops Tabasco (if desired)
Preparation
    Fry bacon until partially cooked.
    Add onion and celery and cook until tender.
    Add lemon juice and seasonings.
    Arrange oysters in well-greased shallow baking pan.
    Spread bacon mixture over oysters.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until edges of oysters begin to curl.
    Serve as an appetizer or over toast points.
