Gram'S Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 sq. bitter chocolate
    pinch of salt
    1/3 c. cream
    1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt chocolate, butter and salt.
    Add sugar and cream.
    Mix and boil over low fire for 3 minutes.
    Stir until you hear cracking sound.
    Spread on cake.
    Double recipe for use on angel food or full size.
