Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornmeal
2 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut
2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar.
Add cornmeal and flour and mix well. Add eggs, vanilla, pineapple and coconut.
Pour in pie shell and bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until slightly brown.
