Chocolate Eclairs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 large size instant vanilla pudding mix
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Keebler graham crackers (not honey graham)
Preparation

Boil first 4 ingredients and set aside.
Prepare pudding mix by adding milk; add Cool Whip.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer crackers and add pudding mix.
Begin and end with crackers (3 layers crackers and 2 layers of mix).
Top with chocolate mixture. Refrigerate.
