Sunday Roast And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium beef roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
    1 c. water
    3-4 fresh carrots or 1 pkg. frozen
    3-4 whole potatoes or 1 pkg. frozen
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3-4 stalks celery, chopped
    dash salt
Preparation
    Place roast in a 9x13 pan.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Combine soup with water, add vegetables and stir.
    Pour on top of roast.
    Cover tightly with foil.\tBake at 350\u00b0 about 3 hours.
    I put this in the oven on a Sunday morning and it's done when we return home. It smells wonderful upon entering your home.
    Serves 6-8.
