Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sausage
    2 slices bread, toasted and cut into 1-inch cubes
    1 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Crumble sausage into frying skillet.
    Brown and drain.
    Spread bread crumbs into baking dish.
    Top with sausage and cheese.
    Beat egg, milk and seasonings; pour over sausage-cheese mixture.
    Bake at 305\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
