Easy Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 uncooked 9-inch pie shell
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
    dash of pepper
    1/3 c. sliced green onion
Preparation
    Brown meat in skillet over medium heat. Drain fat and set aside. Blend next 4 ingredients until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper. Turn into pastry shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
