Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen cut broccoli
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    Ritz crackers
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 beaten eggs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook broccoli (do not overcook so pieces stay firm and crisp). Drain.
    Set aside.
    Mix soup, mayonnaise, eggs, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Carefully fold in broccoli.
    Pour into 8 x 8-inch casserole.
