Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cooked chicken
    2 c. celery
    3/4 to 1 c. onion
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. chow mein noodles (save 1/2 c. for top)
Preparation
    Boil celery and
    onion\tin
    chicken broth until tender. Add undiluted soup and\tmushrooms.
    Add chicken and 1 cup chow mein noodles and mix just until blended.
    Pour into casserole. Top with 1/2 cup chow
    mein\tnoodles.
    Bake\tat 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours (approximately).
