Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. peeled, grated zucchini
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 c. oil
1/2 c. raisins
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Grease and flour two loaf pans and preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Cream the eggs, sugar and oil. Add vanilla and all dry ingredients.
Beat well. Fold in zucchini and add raisins and pineapple.
Pour into pans and bake for 1 hour.
