Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

10 Ortega taco shells, coarsely broken
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Ortega taco seasoning mix
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. grated cheese
1 large wedged tomato
6 green olives, sliced
mild taco sauce
Preparation

Place 1/2 taco shells in lightly greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
I skillet brown beef until crumbly; drain.
Add taco mix and water.
Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
Stir in onion and tomato sauce.
Spoon over taco shells.
Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups cheese, rest of taco shells and remaining cheese.
Top with tomato wedges and olives.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
