Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all together in a 9 x 13 pan.
    Top with 2 cups hand crushed corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
