Rachael'S Favorite Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk with 2 tsp. vinegar added
2 1/2 c. flour
2 large or 3 medium very ripe bananas, mashed
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda together.
Blend sugar and butter.
Add eggs.
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk/vinegar mixture.
Add mashed bananas.
Spray two loaf pans with nonstick spray.
Pour batter into pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
Remove from pans when completely cool.
