Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker pie shell
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1/3 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cream cheese should be at room temperature.
    With a mixer, whip cream cheese and add Eagle Brand milk.
    Mix until smooth, mix in lemon juice.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Chill.
    This can be topped with your favorite pie filling.
