Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil
    1/4 c. vinegar (wine)
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. rosemary
    1 clove minced garlic
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1 lb. small mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, excluding mushrooms. Blanch stemmed mushrooms in boiling water for 1 minute.
    Drain and add to marinade.
    Refrigerate in tightly sealed container for 24 to 48 hours.
    Pour off marinade and serve.
    Makes 8 servings.
