Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef roast
    1/2 cup vinegar
    1/2 cup lemon juice
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    2 tsp. each garlic and ginger paste
    1 cup yogurt
    Salt to taste
Preparation
    Wash meat and dry thoroughly using paper towels.
    Pierce the meat and make a few gashes with a knife.
    Marinate with all the ingredients and refrigerate for 3 hours.
