Ice Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    60 Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 pkg. coconut instant pudding
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 gal. maple nut ice cream or 1/2 gal. butter brickle
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Pack crackers and butter into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix pudding and milk.
    Beat for 2 minutes.
    Add ice cream.
    Beat just until smooth.
    Pour onto cracker crust.
    Top with Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
