Chunky Granola - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 c. quick oats
2 c. sunflower seeds or nuts
2 c. coconut
2 c. wheat germ
2 c. bran
1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. honey
4 tsp. vanilla
raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Place oats, sunflower seeds or nuts, coconut, wheat germ and bran in an ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix all but raisins; bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
After baking, add raisins.
Excellent sprinkled on ice cream or frozen yogurt.
It's not just for breakfast at our house!
A good source of fiber.
Makes one gallon.
