Ingredients

fresh zucchini
green pepper
salt
2 eggs
flour
Crisco
Preparation

Clean and slice zucchini (do not peel).
Put zucchini, pepper and salt into enough water to cover.
Let stand 1 hour.
Drain. Beat eggs with 1 tablespoon water.
Dip zucchini in flour, then in egg, then again in flour.
Deep fry or panfry in Crisco.
Make sure oil is hot.
