Scalloped Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cooked and deboned chicken (5 - 6 cups)
    4 cups chicken broth
    3/4 cup milk
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 cup flour
    1 cup buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cook broth, milk, lemon juice and flour until thick.
    Put chicken into buttered casserole, pour broth over chicken.
    Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
    May add vegetables as desired (corn, peas, etc.).
