Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
5 c. sliced rhubarb
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. fresh orange juice
3 eggs, separated
1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Combine 2 cups flour and 2 teaspoons sugar. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until it resembles coarse crumbs or meal.
Press crumb
mixture evenly in bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown. Set aside.
