Spanish Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix first six ingredients together and reserve 1/2 cup for top of cake.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan or 2 (9-inch) round pans.
    Sprinkle the 1/2 cup reserved crumbs on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
