Raw Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced apples
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nut meats (optional)
1 egg, beaten
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Pour sugar over apples; let stand 30 minutes.
Add oil and beaten egg.
Sift flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add apple sugar mixture.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 in greased and floured 8-inch square pan.
Serve with whipping cream or frost with powdered sugar frosting flavored with lemon.
