Jiffy Pineapple Upside-Down Cake * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    6 oz. can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix 1/2 box of your favorite yellow cake mix as directed.
    Then melt butter or margarine in an iron skillet frypan; dissolve and pour mixed batter over pineapple and sugar.
    Cook in oven at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool a minute, run knife around side and turn onto large plate, so as to catch the juice from the bottom of the skillet.
