Very Blueberry Muffins(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. flour (part whole-wheat)
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/4 c. brown sugar substitute
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. egg substitute or 1 egg
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries (or more)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients with milk, egg and oil.
    Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Fill muffin cups.
    Bake 25 minutes.
