Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 potatoes, boiled
    16 oz. cream cheese (lite is o.k.)
    2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 1/2 c. milk
    onion powder to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. chopped scallions
Preparation
    Mash potatoes and mix all other ingredients with potatoes with hand mixer.
    Place in greased casserole, baking dish, dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot in center.
    Broil for 5 minutes.
