Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frying chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 stick margarine, melted
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Boil chicken and chop into pieces.
Grease a medium sized casserole dish with butter.
Mix together chicken, soup and sour cream.
Pour into dish.
Mix crushed crackers with melted margarine and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
