Five Ecstasy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. sandwich steak
    1 pkg. bonelees chicken
    whole green beans (fresh)
    3 carrots
    2 scallions
    2 sticks celery
    pea pods
    1/2 can bamboo shoots
    cooked noodles or rice
    peanut/vegetable oil
    1 egg
Preparation
    A wok is a must.
    Cut steak and chicken into small, bite-sized pieces.
    Cut vegetables in same manner.
    Get everything and put it close to stove.
    Heat wok.
    Add 1 spoon oil and put steak and chicken in, moving them around constantly until almost done.
    Add vegetables and keep stirring.
    Nothing should stop moving.
    Cook about 2 minutes.
    Take out and put into dish.
    Put 1 more teaspoon oil in empty wok.
    Stir-fry eggs and noodles 2 minutes.
    Dish out and enjoy.
    Pleases all five senses.
