Glazed Fruit - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 pkg. peach jello
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. cool water
2 large cans peaches, cut in bite-size pieces
1 bunch bananas, sliced
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed and sweetened with sugar
Preparation

Prepare fruit and drain.
Discard syrup.
Chill in a pretty bowl.
Dissolve cornstarch in 2 tablespoons of cool water.
In saucepan combine water, sugar and jello.
Heat to a soft boil. Add cornstarch and stir until it begins to thicken.
(If mixture gets too thick, thin with small amount of cool water.)
Cool in refrigerator.
When cool, pour over fruit and mix.
Keep refrigerated.
Makes approximately 3 quarts.
Acceptable to prepare half of recipe.
