Roadside Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. half and half
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Heat cream and butter together and add salt.
Place potato patties in oblong baking dish or pan.
Pour cream mixture over potatoes.
Sprinkle top generously with cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 8.
