Chicken And Chips Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. diced celery
2 Tbsp. minced onions
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 1/2 c. potato chips
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 c. sour cream (optional; this gives more moisture)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup potato chips and place in a casserole dish. Top with remaining chips; cover and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Serves 8.
