Ingredients

3 c. cooked rice
3 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine rice, milk, sugar and butter.
Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 30 minutes, stirring often.
Add vanilla. Pour into serving dish.
Serve hot or cold.
Makes 6 servings.
