Egg Fu Yong - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. fried Rice-A-Roni
    6 eggs
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    16 oz. can bean sprouts, drained
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
Preparation
    Prepare Rice-A-Roni according to package.
    Cool.
    Beat eggs with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
    Stir in Rice-A-Roni, bean sprouts and onion.
    Drop mix by 1/2 cupful onto greased griddle.
    Brown on each side.
