Polynesian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pineapple chunks, drained
    2 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
    3/4 c. diced celery
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. chopped chutney
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 banana
    1/3 c. salted peanuts
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1 can mandarin oranges
Preparation
    Combine first three ingredients in large bowl.
    In another bowl, mix dressing of mayonnaise, chutney and curry.
    Cover both bowls and chill at least 1 hour.
    Just before serving, drain liquid, if any, from chicken mixture.
    Add sliced banana, peanuts, coconut and drained oranges.
    Mix in dressing until well coated.
