Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

40 large mushrooms
2 slices white bread
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs
1 lb. Lamagna Ricotta cheese
grated Romano cheese
olive oil
Preparation

Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
Finely chop stems.
Soak bread in a little water and squeeze dry.
Mix chopped stems, bread, garlic, parsley, eggs, Ricotta, salt and pepper.
Fill each mushroom cap with stuffing mixture.
Arrange mushroom cap with stuffing mixture.
Arrange mushroom caps in shallow greased pan. Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with grated Romano cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
